How much does a bathroom renovation cost

Do you supply bathroom ware?
We supply all fittings and bathroom ware except tiles.
You buy your own tiles, and we supply:
• Taps
• Showers
• Baths
• Basins & units

• Accessories
We only do bathrooms where we supply the main bathroom ware.
How do I know how many tiles to buy
We will fully measure your bathroom when we call for first visit.
We will then tell you how many tiles to buy
Tile size extra costs & fitting time notice
Small subway/metro tiles generally take longer to install compared to standard-size tiles due to the increased number of cuts and grout lines.
Very large-format tiles (e.g., 120×60 cm) also require additional time because they are heavier, more difficult to handle, and use more adhesive.
All standard tile sizes are included in my normal quotes unless otherwise requested by the customer. Any non-standard tile sizes may involve extra fitting costs, which will be outlined before work begins.
Do you waterproof the shower?
Absolutely — waterproofing the shower area is one of the most important parts of any renovation.
It protects your home against leaks, moisture, and long-term damage.
Will I be without a toilet?
We plan the work to minimise disruption.
If there’s only one toilet in the house, you’ll be without it for a maximum of one night so to let the newly layed floor tiles dry.
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
Yes — almost all customers stay in their home.
We protect floors and keep everything clean and tidy during the job.
